This luxurious hotel exceeded our expectations with its exclusive amenities such as the mesmerizing garden area, relaxing massage services and exquisite in-room breakfasts. the spacious rooms were well-maintained and elegantly decorated. the bar and lounge area provided the perfect environment for relaxation on the sun terrace during the evenings.
Although we thoroughly enjoyed our experience, we faced minor issues with the shallow end of the outdoor swimming pool. Due to the overcrowding, we were unable to fully enjoy the swimming area.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The location, right in the very center of town, was perfect for exploring. The hotel's facilities were top-notch, with beautifully decorated rooms and a lovely garden. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making sure that I had everything I needed. The food in the hotel's restaurant was absolutely delicious, and the breakfast was a great way to start the day. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and everything was well-maintained. this hotel exceeded my expectations in every aspect.

We had a wonderful stay in a hotel located in the heart of the old town. The restaurant served delicious food and the staff were friendly and attentive. Our room was stunning, with spacious and clean bathroom. The breakfast offered a variety of choices in a relaxing courtyard. The hotel also had a relaxing bar seating area outdoors. Truly, a perfect location and excellent service.
The shower had a design fault which caused water leakage into the main bathroom.

Beautiful traditional-style hotel with a contemporary twist. Exemplary staff with old school courtesy. Quiet, luxurious rooms with extensive Molten Brown bathroom products. Excellent dinner with local produce. Perfect terrace for after dinner drink. Excellent location for exploring cultural sites.

The attention to detail at Casa Palacio Maria Luisa was outstanding. From the personalized gifts in the room to the choice of toiletries, every touch was thoughtful. The room itself was well-equipped with quality furnishings, and the bed was extremely comfortable. The central location of the hotel was also a major plus. I had a luxurious and enjoyable stay.
One small drawback was the limited choice and high cost of breakfast. Additionally, the room felt a bit crowded with unnecessary furniture.
